My client is currently seeking a Construction Manager to become part of their collaborative team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Solar on the EPC side, who are strong leaders and passionate about contributing to the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple solar developments in New Jersey
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
- Interface with engineers and superintendents onsite
Qualifications
- 4+ years of construction superintendent experience in DG solar
- Experience completing large rooftop and carport solar projects
- Local to south NJ or Baltimore, no exceptions
- Bachelors degree or experience equivalent
